The Biden White House's Decision to Hell With Democracy

Sally Kohn: Merrick Garland is going to go down in disgrace as the most partisan and political attorney general in our nation's history. She says he wanted to indict Donald Trump for possession of classified documents, but then ran into an enormous political complication when Joe Biden was discovered having done the same thing over and over and over again that he had classified documents. Kohn: So they just threw the kitchen sink at him. They're doing obstruction of justice, but they're also focusing on the confidential documents that are doing both. This indictment is garbage. It is a political attack from a thoroughly corrupted and weaponized Department of Justice.
