The advantage of those three overlapping circle approach is it forces you to identify what your skills are. And then the secnd circle is taking an inventory of what the employer needs in terms of skills. If you find, like i said, that ther's very little overlap, then one of the most important things that I think you can do is go out for coffee with people who don't know each other and have a discussion about where you're headed. You should absolutely do this before you graduate. Just like it's always easy to look for jobs when you've got a job. Same thing that when you're in school or when you're doing something it's a lot easier to do that.
