What's the Point of a Face-to-Face Meeting With Joe Biden?
DRC President Joseph Kabila is in the U.S. for a summit with other African leaders. He says he was disappointed by how his government tried to spin Biden's visit as being about bilateral talks, rather than multilateral issues. "It doesn't make sense" when you don't have big deals signed and are spending money on an unproductive trip, Kinyarwanda said.
