No leader is going to say yes to someone reporting up to them saying like, hey, I think we need to adopt this total change across the business. Like just doesn't work that way. So proving it out in a project here, a project there, then starting to roll it out to maybe your team or do some cross functional projects definitely is a smoother in. And I'm glad we're talking about this because that is a now that the book is out.
