How Do I Qualify a Capital Razor?
I've had a number of capital razors approach me and wanting to put their investors funds into our deals. They asked no questions. We've never used them, but they claim that they do all this due diligence. I will vet all partners the same way. And that comes down to track record. What you've done in the past is a good indication of what you're going to do in the future.
