The Plasticity of Barbie
There's something about the plasticity of barbie and there's something i think about her lack of like she doesn't seem organic in any way right. There's also a little smidgen of femphobia or sexism um and not to say that children are being this or thinking that but i also think our culture feels that feminine bodies can be put through all kinds of things so i think there's a little bit of that too. Barbie perhaps having like breasts and appearing more adult potentially contributes to that in in some wayright. Even as matel has sanitized it still lingers in barbie as a doll.
