The Sabbath Day and the Ten Commandments
The sabbath is both a communal day and a day to develop your personal relationship with the lord. The ten commandments govern the behavior, and they are guide lines and commandments to be used regardless of what dispensation. Would there be a benefit of just kind of walking through them? You certainly can if you go through the lods. They're not a step by step process, per se but they do lead to some interesting conclusions.
