Rachel Gershwin: I'm seeing a lot of interesting value generation and interesting behavior change accelerated by these community programs. This year, I saw a huge leap in engagement and more importantly, investment from executives in community programs. So that was really encouraging. And I'll note that in our trends research, we also found investment in KM broadly going up.
