How to Prompt Yourself to Talk Like Ted
I see a lot of speakers present with no notes, and I'll be honest, I think they do it because they, it looks cool. The audience isn't evaluating whether you use notes or not. They're evaluating what you're saying. Don't put too much pressure on the brain. Prompts yourself. Some companies require their executives to use script when speaking on a topic with legal implications. There's just a bunch of weird technical reasons that might cause you to move between script and notes.
