The Importance of Root Causes in Policing

I think we have to do better at identifying those root causes. We don't know that all these kids were disadvantaged or impoverished. I grew up with drugs in my household, sin violence, cousins and gangs. And more importantly, is not our inheritance is black people, right? Like we have as a legacy.
