Do You Have a Paralyzed Quadratus Lumborum?

If you go to the neurology ward of a children's hospital, you might find a little boy or girl in there who has a paralyzed quadratus lumborum. What that child will not be able to do very well is walk. And yet, how many people can you think of an exercise, of traditional exercise, done in the wait room that challenges quadratus lamborum? It doesn't exist until you get to a heavy carry, potentiated by a bottom's up kettle bill. That's my very favorite. When you walk around the gym like that, a everything is on.
