I grew up in a family of yellers. I remember when I was in my 20s, I probably yelled a lot too. And what I always wonder is like, do we get wiser? Do you think we just lose testosterone? Like, do we really get that much better? Or is we just losing the hormones that make us as angry as we are when we're in our 20s? I think it's both.
