Studio Bot's Fight Response to LLM Questions
Shiva: One of the issues with LLM is the ability to hallucinate where it comes up with its own answer. And we know, obviously, this is way off from what the real answer is. To handle that, we have the verified responses feature in Studio Bot which is using a fact server to surface the answers. Shiva: It does a pretty good job that there is no reason for us to interject and say, you know, we need to come up with a very fair response. Otherwise, it'll just be a search engine.
