The way we want to live our lives is completely different from how society does or the influences. Have you had clients where this is like, this is a hard part? I know it's a hard part for myself right like being somebody who lives in society but wants to live my life a different way. It's very unfortunate that we live in a culture that is not healthy. Our health environment is incredibly toxic. We're hardwired to go with the program, we're social animals, and so we're sort of hardwired to going along with the group to go along with the herd.
