What's the Meaning of Market Share?
Fintech should not just be trying to win over a bigger piece of the pie from financial services, but to expand the size of the pie overall. And I think that that's really what a win could look like in addition to just winning up for market share. But your other point is even more interesting about enlarging the pie, encompassing more people in financial services. Does that necessarily mean increasing profits? Or does an interesting question about profit shrink? For any startup business getting sustainable profitability isn't quite a big deal right this year because you got to get to profitability earlier.
