In our practice, we're typically looking about every three years for modest risk, normal risk individuals. And then they actually use this as a reason to not get colonoscopies. How does it, how does it be published something like that? Well, again, you know, it's people would look at that and say, I mean, it was a big randomized control trial. But again, there's a big confusion. There's a very big confusion between what is efficacy,. which tests how well something works if done perfectly versus effectiveness based on how you're told to do it. Both of those things are important. You have to know which one you're testing.
