The Greatest Thing You Can Do Is Have Low Expectations

I think people just need to kind of think about it a little bit more and weigh out their options. Somebody like Andrew starting up, I haven't noticed a negative change in his body. It seems like you're moving around like you're less stiff from like the week one or whatever. And when you start anything new, the greatest thing you can do is just have really low expectations. So if we all went and shot some baskets and played some basketball, we would have a fucking blast because the expectations would be really low.
