It depends on the culture and what you really care about as an organization. Other factors would be like do you use a good work management system put in a plug for a sauna there. So sorry that it's a complicated answer. But I like the idea of starting around 100 maybe 125 engineers make that first end jobs higher and scaling it up around, I'd say 100 again like maybe 150 engineers to one end jobs person.
