How to Be a Change Maker
How we show up to the table is really important. The way we show up is going to have an impact on the people around us because as humans, we mirror other people's emotions. And so a big part of being a leader and a change maker is making sure that you are showing up in a way that's not going to threaten or trigger others. Which means you have to be really clear and authentic and being open Because when you're open, other people will be open.
