Creatine and the Effects on Muscle Strength

There's only been one study and the branch chain amino acid drinking during the thing was so popular I was like well, geez you know, branch chains have some pros and cons. But a study came out this year you can take it in the morning or in the evening. As long as you combine it with weight training, that seems to be effective. The theory with three team transport kinetics that used to be thought of as blood flow and we don't think that's really there. A few studies show creatine from a muscle perspective. It doesn't. And then it's not magic. It sort of needs to be stimulated and cause those effects.
