Roxanne Jones: Tana is the center of my personal knowledge management toolkit. She says it allows her to combine notes and tasks in a way that's as seamless as possible. Jones also uses FantastiCel, an Apple calendar application for people with multiple Google accounts. "It just allows me to keep everything focused," she says.
