But even though you may have gotten 7-8 of the way there, your desire is still amplified. Katamari: There's this amazing work by Maurice Schweitzer who says that goals are generally good but can be a negative force if they privilege certain values and deprivate others. She suggests two ways we can set more reasonable goals for our lives. "What is going to make us happy? In the shortest form that should be like to maximize your happiness"
