The EU Web Director's Guide to Target Size

The Web Content Accessibility Guidelines, they're not necessarily designed specifically for mobile apps. Unless it's a Web App. And the EU Web Director actually talks about the AA that you need to comply with but not necessarily chip play in all contexts. The target size that was in the guidelines was effectively treated as optional by a lot of people. So now they're introducing something that's a minimum target size that's okay.
