Is AI a Threat to Humanity? Is It a Good Idea?

The only thing I worry about is that AI might wake up one morning and say, I'm going to clean the house. We're already doing a pretty poor job to our own humanity. The whole fun of watching Zigfried and Roy with the tigers was because the tigers are dangerous and are risk to eat you at any point,. But I think to a much greater extent than that, we are leaping into the great unknown, right?
