The purpose of investigation is that we begin to shine the light of awareness on what we normally run away from. We start seeing the life that can live through us. If there's something you're believing, like, 'll always fail at something,' try it on. What would your be like if you didn't believe this belief? For her, when i asked that question, there wasn't an answer, but there was a sense of aliveness and a sense of kind of dynamic, creative openness.
