spirituality is the fearlessness to look at that something else. When we're connected to the love, the peace, the harmony, the wisdom, these are all eternal qualities. And so whan individual is connected to those qualities and begins to exude them, express them, at that moment they're in the spirit. They're in that spiritual realm.
