How to Set the Stage for a Game

When you're a white belt, everything is new. It would be kind of difficult at that stage to have a game per se just because you're still absorbing the basic movements and fundamentals of the art. So there are some, what I call, like pre stages that you should do, that you should be working on while you're starting. And once you kind of have that down, really the foundation is pinning and getting out of pins.
