The Importance of Creativity
I was a really weird child, and i definitly am still weird. We do readily disengage from our imagination in many ways as we get older. And one of the things i hope that i've so of really tried to tap into with this book is that idea of how to be present in the thing that you're doing. So going into nature without a phone, preferably, but obviously not always possible. Or a'm going into a creative thing, whether that's, like, painting, o helet drawer and things like that,. Other things, cooking, dancing, all these things to creative and their exercises and things to get you into the now and the present.
