Sally Kohn: I want to start by saying that the utter failure here is law schools that don't teach some of the material that you're talking about and don't surface it. So much of this investigation and interrogation of the role of black women in constitutional democracy is a function of my friendship with Melissa Murray. She says she was one of the people who just also didn't fully understand stuff that, you know, Melissa and Michelle and Dorothy Roberts were writing about.
