Tineausoleum is similar to Tineasogenata, which is between the cow and the human. The difference with Tineasoleum and Tine asogenata is that humans can act like the pig. And we can accidentally, especially if we are around a t-perm carrier. So this patient absolutely fits the clinical picture and I'd be concerned about neuro-sister circosis.
