Taking Time Away From the Screens

When one stock moves 100 or 200% in a day, psychologically people are going to be like, oh, I missed this one. It's a slow process that I don't think just people that day trade realize they're doing, but they're doing it. By trading for 10 years, I just it's like a snap decision where I'm like, all right, I see this, I'm going to look for the other ones and if I'm wrong, I'm pretty much buying the bottom anyways. So taking time away from the screens is important because then it gives the monetary stuff, you know?
