The Importance of Evidence in a Job Application
When he finished his degree and couldn't get a PhD, first thing Phil thought was to become a drug rep. He had an interview which was according to the guy interviewing him, the worst interview that he'd ever done. And it's because most people with a degree in science don't know what they want to do when they're not grown up. The reason we chose this story is because it's a massive, massive, massive issue for so many people who think jobs are a killer due to their lack of maturity.
