I'm wondering if there's an inconsistency here, because the tyrant's law creates the concept for him of good. So we're not in a position to judge these things. And certainly he believes, no er how bad the tyrant is, he definitely says this, it's still better than the state of nature. So there's still no justification for overthrowing the tyrant.
