The O T C Is a Different Market Than the Listed Exchanger

Semestace: I started to gravitate towards pennystavs because of one particular um kind of glich and i wrote about this in my blog. It was on these o t c stocks where pre market, the market would cross on arca, like ten to 20 % lower than the previous closing price for no real reason. And then this would just revert back to unchanged at the open. Semestace: People always speculate on what the market maker's trying to do. Nobody really has a clue. But it happened.
