The Worst Decision I've Ever Made
The worst thing to happen to me in all the years we spent on that property. August 21st 2017 the day of Oregon's solar eclipse and we were in the path of totality. At this point in time my grandparents had agreed to downsize and had put the house up for sale. They offered for anyone interested to spend one more night there the day of the eclipse for one last hurrah. I decided to not only stay the night but to set up a tent at the edge of the forest right where the old dog kennel used to be. Now you get to hear about the results of the worst decisions my young mind could make.
