The Problem With Candor in Feedback
How much candor are we talking about? I mean, like totally honest and blunt and how often? So for example, let's say you're walking down the hall and I say, you know what, Aaron, I don't like your hair today. And then if you push back on it, they just say, Hey, I'm just being candid. Is that the problem? Yeah. Well, I would say, I mean, I certainly did come across situations even where people were not able to give that feedback in a way that was that was showing appreciation and that was actionable.
