Engineers and technical professionals often feel like they're either born with skills or I'm not type of thing. The polar principle is an acronym for P O L E R, which stands for listening, but listening is not always with your ears. It's important when inflection and tone such that the audience is interested in what you're saying. And finally, remember is a whole bunch of things that I want people to remember.
