D for habit formation, it's letting go of habits. So did you interest ting? I think i heard you say that you let go of habits, not replace them with new habits, but let go of them. Is your approach? Well, the approach is to see the habit, the reward from the habit, very clearly. We wear these glasses that say, oh, if you feel sad or bad or, you know, depressed, eat some cup cakes and you'll feel better.
