The Challenges of DEI
There's no major in college or a master's degree that's focused on the world of pensions or asset management. That opens up so many doors, you probably don't have a chance to get to today. We're still struggling to get to 15% of women in senior roles in our industry. I think it even makes the challenge of DEI a big issue.
