What is the difference between an adverse event and a side effect? We need to know how often these kinds of adverse events happen by chance, not just in relation to the vaccine itself. That could hav just been somthing that woud happen anyway. And when researchers are looking at these events that happened after an imunization, it's really important to be open minded as to whether there is an actual causal link.
