Goal Setting - What Is the Focus for the Week?
A purposeful effort represents your goals foundation. It's meeting and the passion that drives you toward achieving it. Most goals aren't something that just is open and ended. And so if you didn't get it done and you can't check that box, it feels really bad. This felt so much better. There was so much less shame and it was more of an understanding that, you know, this is always going to be a work in progress. That I think is the objective.
