The Fall Training

In terms of fall, like just major shifts, fall training, winter training, competition, like whattersome principles or thoughts you look at with a long turn. In this particular fall, and it my fall sessions, i tend to make them more volume based, a more drill based, still a lot of recovery. The weight room becomes more important, because this is where we've got to get their bodies ready. And then come into the winter, then we'll put spikes on, start spiking it up.
