The Complexity of Chatbot Relationships

In a relationship with a chat bot, there's a third party, regulators, potential data breaches. Does this cause any problems? I mean, I know replica had some issues around data losses and things like that. Ideally, we want this type of relationship to be only with the people that we have the relationship with. But it gets more complicated once we have all those different parties being involved in that type of relationship.
