The Housing Dilemma
Housing is not an investment and I know everyone else thinks of it as an investment in the wealth creation. But when you look at it shelter costs it's different but the system is not designed that way so on one hand they say well we need more homes, then let's take the mortgage interest deduction away. And then you go no you can't do that home prices will drop 10% but that would mean more supply right. So we're in that kind of situation so I just I just don't think you get anything majorly done on that side.
