I think the missing part in there would be being really close to the customer, and like so many people are doing it in terms of look at this data and analytics. Like we could talk about, we finally really started pushing annual plans and convert it not that long ago. But I think what matters more is sitting down with your audience which is all creators. And then you pick up on these things that people really care about that are like the small things that drive word of mouth.
