I Don't Know What I'm Doing Wrong

i can just see you, asn i t b, sitting right here. And yu're sayng yourself, but i try to connect. I try to give them information about the thing that they're their problems. They have a problem they are inventing to me, and i say, well, here's how you fix it. And then they get mad at me, or they get disillusioned, or they disregard me. So what am i doing wrong?
