The Moral Question of the Sexual Revolution
I think there's a kind of bigger moral question here which is you know we're 60 years after the sexual revolution um human beings haven't changed that much. We still have the same emotions like jealousy and envy and lust and and so on but we don't have the same structures that we use to contain them necessarily. If you've got no via principles and no reason to constrain your behavior why wouldn't you take drugs and drink and have sex and do whatever you felt like because that's the only criteria by which you would decide to do anything at all? I think this is something that we need to think very seriously about as a as a species, he says.
