A lot of CFOs tell you it's really hard to have visibility on when things get better. Part of that has to do with just how software is bought and sold. You'll see a company that typically sells a one-year deal. And, you know, in reality, a customer wants to turn entirely. But the vendor says, hey, don't turn, don'tTurn. Right now, the expectation for IT budgets will grow about 4% a year.
