Is There a Change in the Training Machine?

When did you feel the training machine was ld and tuned enough? I mean, is improving, is still improving. You don't know that the forma as changed a great deal. So in a lot of the form i borrowed from m come the damos an, the om groups and a a number of things. And all that still in place, it seems to me, yes. And they're so valuable.
