i think this typer role is critical. If you don't have it, which i've worked in situations where that's the case, you just have individual engineers doing all the ui stuff. There's not usually a unifine like way that thi stuff is handled. And if that engineer leaves and someone else comes in, they totally change it. I bet half the engineers aren't superthrilled about working with the p m. It would be hard to even justify r oy orlik. But i'm also not surprised to hear this person is totally burned out,. Because we only seem to trust people who are like, i wish i was an ic, ian in
